Most orders placed with Lodore in Canada are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Certain oversized or heavy items may be shipped by an LTL freight carrier to help ensure safe delivery of the products.

Return shipments do not qualify for free shipping. Return freight charges are determined by the courier or freight carrier. If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, it is treated as a return and the dealer is responsible for all applicable return shipping costs.

Any return shipping charges will be deducted from the value of any credit or refund issued. Lodore will cover return shipping costs only when the return is the direct result of our error (for example, if an incorrect item was supplied).
