Warranty Policy
LODORE manufactured products (Products) include a "THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY". This express warranty only applies if the Product has been purchased from a dealer authorized by LODORE to supply it (Authorised Dealer). Purchase from an Authorized Dealer ensures that the product is a genuine LODORE product that the Purchaser has access to appropriate technical knowledge and advice.

The warranty applies to materials and workmanship only. LODORE's liability under this express warranty is limited, at its option, to the repair or replacement of the Product or the payment of the cost of having the Product repaired or replaced.
This express warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
(a) if the Product has not been installed in accordance with LODORE's installation instructions;
(b) if the Product has been modified other than as authorized by LODORE or if a component part has been replaced by a part that is not a genuine LODORE product.
(c) if a defect results from the use of the Product outside recommended operating conditions; or
(d) if a defect results from damage (including damage to any internal electronics) caused by a power surge or lightning strike.

This warranty does not cover an act of god, i.e. storm and tempest, lighting strike, floods, tsunami, earthquake, etc.
Any implied warranties, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration of the limited warranty. Otherwise, the service, replacement, or refund as provided under this limited warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express of implied. In no event shall lodore pool be liable, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) for damages in excess of the purchase price of the product or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, or loss of revenue or profits, loss of business, loss of information or data, software or applications, or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the ability or inability to use the products to the full extent.
These damages may be disclaimed by law. Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on the length of an implied warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or from one jurisdiction to another.
